Questions?
You have questions, we have answers! Read our frequently asked questions below. If you still need help, e-mail Jaime at: fly@jetsettersocial.com.
What does the price include?
The cost will include accommodations, a professional photographer, a private tour guide, all excursions, all group transportation in Europe, and meals listed on the itinerary. Pricing is per person in a shared double room and is based on a minimum of 12 participants.
What does the price not include?
Roundtrip airfare; meals not mentioned in the itinerary; personal taxi and Uber rides; travel insurance; hotel city taxes (2-10 Euro per person per day); personal expenditures; optional gratuities; activities not included in the itinerary; hotel incidentals including room service, laundry service, bar tabs, room service.
What travel documents are needed?
Travelers are required to have a valid passport. Passport cannot expire less than 6 months after your tour concludes. Starting in 2024, an $8.00 ETIAS application will be required for U.S. travelers to enter E.U. countries. The application portal isn’t live yet, but once it is you can do the whole thing online. Most applications should clear in just a few minutes.
Who is going on this trip?
This trip is women-only. One of the most beautiful things about our trips is that they attract a lot of different kinds of women — and I am proud of that because wanting to live your dolce vita is something that transcends any zip code or age range.
How many people are going?
This tour will take a minimum of 12 travelers and a maximum of 14. In addition, the group will be guided by Jaime Huffman and photographed by Katie Capo. We want our group sizes to feel comfortable and intimate. The smaller group size also allows us to enjoy activities that aren’t possible for larger groups.
What is the cancellation policy?
You will be required to sign an additional liability waiver. Initial deposits of $750 are non-refundable under any circumstances. 60 days or more before the trip, 50% of the payment is refundable (excluding $750 deposit). 45 days before the trip, 30% of total payment is refundable (excluding $750 deposit). 44 or less days before the trip no payment will be refunded.
Do I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance allows you to seek reimbursement for your trip costs; if your trip plans change for unforeseeable reasons, or if you need to get medical help, emergency transport, and for theft, loss or damage of items while traveling. For best coverage, always insure the full trip cost within two weeks of your initial trip deposit and note that most ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ policies must be purchased on the date of your initial deposit.
What is the cost of the trip?
$3,000 per person. The cost will include accommodations, a professional photographer, a private tour guide, all excursions, all group transportation in Europe, and meals listed on the itinerary. Pricing is per person in a shared double room and is based on a minimum of 12 participants. If you would like your own room is it an additional $750.
How much luggage can I bring?
It is best to travel as lightly as possible. Most travelers regret when they have packed too much. We strongly recommend you bring only one suitcase plus 1 backpack . You are responsible for managing your own belongings. You must be able to board buses with your belongings without assistance. Steps exist at most hotel entrances. On occasion the coach must unload passengers and luggage some distance from the hotel entrance.
